Cherokee Park |
Located on Cherokee Lake three miles north on U.S. 25-E. Call 423-586-5232 year round. They have 60 camp sites, tables,grills,electric hook-ups, city water, dump station, flush toilets, hot showers, boat dock, fishing, picnic tables and a playground.
Panther Creek State Park |
Located on Cherokee Lake, five miles south on Highway 11-E, turn on Highway 342 W and follow signs to 2010 Panther Creek Park Road. Call 423-587-7046. They have 50 camp sites, electric and water hook-ups, showers, grills, flush toilets,dump station, laundry, phone, swimming pool, picnic tables, playground and 30 Amp.
Fall Creek Recreational Area (TVA) |
Located on Cherokee Lake from junction of Highway 11-E and Highway 344 go seven miles east on Highway 344N, then north on Three Springs Road, follow signs three miles north. TVA Natural Resources Building, Norris. Call 423-632-1600. They, have 41 camp sites, showers, grills, flush toilets, boating, fishing and picnic tables.

Cherokee Lake Resort |
Located on Cherokee Lake off of 25E. Call 423-586-1876 year round. They have 48 camp sites, electric and water hook-ups (44 with sewers), flush toilets, showers, dump station, phone, fishing and boating.
German Creek Dock and Campground |
Located on Cherokee Lake. From 25E at junction 375, go south for four miles. Call 423-767-2550 March through November. They have 30 camp sites, 20 with electric and water hook-ups and sewers, flush toilets, showers, grills, picnic shelter, picnic tables, boat ramp, fishing and 30 Amp.
Cardinal Cove Resort |
Located on Cherokee Lake. Travel on 25E North to Highway 375, and go nine miles to 1000 Lakeshore Road. Call 423-828-5300 from March to November. They have camp sites, electric and water hook-ups (20 with sew- ers), showers, dump station, firewood, game room, laundry, boat ramp, boat rental, gas, swimming pool, swimming area, picnic areas, and 30 Amp.
Wa-Ni Village Resort, Inc. |
Located on Cherokee Lake. From Rutledge go south on Highway 92, turn east on Highway 375 for 4.5 miles and follow signs. Call 423-828-5547 March through October. They have 100 camp sites, electric, water and sewer hook-ups, dump station, flush toilets, showers, restaurant, boat rental, boat ramp, fishing, gas, ice and 50 and 30Amp.
Cherokee Dam Reservation (TVA) |
Located on Cherokee Lake. From town, go 1.5 miles west on U.S. Highway 11-E, then follow signs 4.5 miles north. TVA Natural Resources Building, Recreation Resources Program, Norris, 37828. Call 423-632-1600 May through September. They have 41 camp sites, bath, grills, flush toilets, showers, picnic tables, swimming area, boat ramp and fishing.
May Springs Recreation Area (TVA) |
Located on Cherokee Lake. Go 6.5 miles on Highway 375 (Lake Shore Drive,) follow signs five miles south. TVA Natural Resources Building. Recreation Resources Program, Norris, 37828. Call 423-632-1600 April through September. They have 49 camp sites, dump station, grills, flush toilets, showers, picnic tables, boating and fishing.
Francher's Willow Branch Campground |
Located on Douglas Lake from I-40 exit 424 east on Highway 25/70, cross bridge and turn left, follow signs. Call 423-397-3510 March through November. They have 115 camp sites, electric and water hook-ups, showers, dump station, game room, phone, grocery, swimming pool, picnic tables, boat ramp, fishing, fire- place, 30Amp.
Smoky View Campground |
Located on Douglas Lake from I-40 take exit 412, Deep Springs Road, go south to stop sign, turn east on Highway 139, for three miles to Terry Road, turn right and follow signs. Call 423-397-7202 March to October. They have 80 campsites, showers, dump station, phone, fireplace, firewood, picnic shelter, picnic tables, fishing, fireplace, 30 Amp.
Douglas Lake Campground |
Located on Douglas Lake. From I-81 ;.take exit 424 go straight for 1.5 miles until 1943 Oak Grove Road, Dandridge. Call 423-397-2998 March through November. They have 100 camp sites, flush toilets, showers, electric and water hook-ups, sewer, boat ramp, picnic tables, tennis, swimming pool and fishing.
Terry Point Campground |
Located on Douglas Lake. Take exit 417 off I-40 and go two miles west of Dandridge to 570 Terry Point Road. Call 423-397-7928 from March to October. They have 171 camp sites, a store, snack bar, swimming pool, laundry, recreation room, boat launching, full or partial hook-ups.
Inspiration Point Fish Camp & Boat Dock |
Located on Douglas Lake, take exit 415 off I-40 and go toward Dandridge, about a 10 minute drive to 2527 Inspiration Point, Dandridge. Call 423-397-2116 April through October. They have 50 camp sites with full hook-ups, camp store, bait, ice, boat ramp and fishing.
Swann's Marina |
Located on Douglas Lake, take exit 424 off 1-40 onto Highway 113, go to the stop sign and take a left, go across the lake, located at the end of the bridge at Highway 25/70. Call 423-397-2182 year round. They have 65 camp sites with full hook-ups, five cabins, store, showers, boat ramp and fishing.
